When creating a Workable video interview you have the option to record your own video question through a webcam.
The questions are recorded in your browser through Workable and can be up to 5 minutes long. You can record up to three takes and select to upload the best one.
- You'll be prompted to allow Workable to access your camera and microphone in order to make a recording (see instructions below)
- Record in a quiet and well-lit place where you won’t be interrupted
- Keep the microphone at a comfortable distance (using a mic too close to your mouth can cause audio spikes or interference)
- Look your best! Even though you may be recording from the comfort of your home, dress as if you were attending an in-person interview and make sure the area shown on camera is distraction-free.
