If an employee is not receiving the onboarding email ask them to check their spam folder, as well as any inbox filters (such as the Gmail "Updates" folder), just in case the email was sent there. To resend an onboarding email anyway, follow the steps below:
- Visit the onboarding tab under Company
- Locate the employee and click the three dots next to their name
- Click Stop onboarding
- Locate the employee under the Pending tab and click Onboard
