Workable is introducing some changes to our pricing structure, which will affect the Pay As You Go plan. These changes are designed to provide greater flexibility, better control of your budget, and added value for your hiring needs. This article will cover the details of these changes and address any questions you may have.
What is changing?
Starting May 8th, 2023, the Pay As You Go plan will be discontinued, and you will no longer be able to choose this option when posting a new job. Instead, we will have the following plans with fixed prices:
- Starter Plan (new!) - Designed for occasional hiring
- Up to two active jobs at a time
- Up to 50 employees
- 200 AI sourcing profile views per month
- Fixed price of $149/month
- Monthly commitment
- Standard Plan - Designed for consistent hiring
- Unlimited active jobs
- 12,000 AI sourcing profile views per year (or 1,000/month for monthly commitment)
- Annual commitment starts at $299/month
- Monthly commitment (new!) starts at $360/month
- Premier Plan - Designed for strategic hiring
- Unlimited active jobs
- 20,000 AI sourcing profile views per year
- Annual commitment starts at $599/month
- Hiring Plan included
- Dedicated Account Manager
- 5 native language options
How does this affect my current hiring?
If you're on the Paygo plan, your active jobs posted before May 8th, 2023 will not be affected by these changes and will continue at your current rate until you decide to change plans.
After May 8th, you will need to select a new plan when posting a new job.
How can I choose a new plan?
From May 8th, 2023, you can choose a new plan when posting a job or update your plan at any time via the Settings > Plan page. If you decide to switch plans, you will receive a refund for any unused days on your Pay As You Go subscription.
