Your member access will determine which employee onboarding & management features are available to you.
- All-access users (typically the HR admins) can access everything in Employee Management and manage employee profiles, onboarding workflows, profile & document templates, and approvals.
- Standard access users can manage their own and direct reports' profiles, view & sign documents, and access all public information in Employee Management (documents, employee profiles, etc.). Both employees and line managers fall under this access level.

Under Settings > Employee Management you are able to:

Add your existing or new employees to onboard them and/or make them visible in People Directory and org chart.

Organise your company folders/files and choose who will have access to them (custom access criteria).

Assign an e-signature document to an employee and request that the signers involved in the document template sign it as well.

❗You need to be a Super Admin (“All access” permission for both Employee Management and Recruiting) to invite new members.
|Features for line managers|
|Edit employee profiles of those in your reporting line
Easily edit the employee profile information of those who report to you. Note: Fields not visible while editing can only be edited by HR administrators.
|View draft and inactive employee profiles of your reporting line||
As a line manager, you will be able to view the draft and inactive employee profiles of your reporting line within the People Directory.
|Track onboarding for employees on your reporting line||
Track onboarding for employees on your reporting line (including all direct reports of your direct reports) by accessing the onboarding dashboard.

|Features for employees|
|Complete your onboarding tasks||
Before your start date, your employer will send you onboarding information. On the onboarding website, complete your onboarding tasks, including filling out your profile details and signing documents.
|Sign up in Workable||After your onboarding is complete you will be notified by your employer when and how you can access Workable.|
|Access company information||
Under the Company tab you can access:

|Edit your profile information||
Easily edit your employee profile information. Note: Some field changes may need HR approval to be reflected in your profile.
|View and sign your assigned documents||
As an employee, you may be requested to review and sign documents at any point during your employment.
