By default, only account administrators can request a background check and view the results. If a hiring manager or a regular user on the account try to initiate a background check they will be asked to contact an admin.
If you'd like users to be able to request background checks, navigate to the Integrations section of your account by clicking your profile icon in the upper right of Workable. (You must be an admin to access this section.)
Locate and click on Checkr - Workable's background check partner - in the list of integrations. Set the 'members can request background checks and view results' switch to ON and click Update Settings.
Hiring managers will now be able to initiate background checks and view the results without the approval of an administrator.
