How do I update or cancel an interview?

To update an interview, locate the event on the candidate's Timeline. Hover over the event and click the pencil icon.

Edit the attendees, the time or location and the event title or description. Click Send Invitation to submit the changes and notify the candidate.

To cancel an interview, hover over the event and click the trashcan icon. The candidate and any attendees will be notified automatically that the event has been cancelled. However, you may want to email the candidate to explain why the event has been cancelled or postponed.
