Resetting your password

If you've forgotten your password, do not stress about it - it is very easy to reset it and get back into your Workable account.

To do this, go to workable.com and scroll to the bottom of the main page to click the Log in link on the left. You can also click here to go to the sign in page directly.

There you'll find a "Forgot your password?" link. Click it and enter your email address. Make sure it is the email address you used when you signed up for your Workable account or the one you have been using to sign in if you changed it since creating your account.

You'll be sent password reset instructions via email. If you haven't received the email, check your spam folder as well, or the "Updates" folder if you are using Gmail. 

Updating your password

If you need to update or change your password, you can do so from the Personal Profile section of your account.

While logged in, click your user icon in the upper right and select Personal Profile.

At the bottom of the Personal Profile page, you will be able to edit your credentials and set a new password. Enter the new password in both fields to confirm it, then save your changes.

You can now login with your new password.
